Women+’s Circle
Fall 2022 Season
Returning Home, Reviving Village
Fall welcomes us back --- students back to school, clocks back an hour, and perhaps travel back to a place once known as “home” for reunions or holidays. Many of us welcome the crisp air, colorful leaves, and sweet neighborhood trick-or-treaters; yet also struggle with the shortening days and complex grief associated with this transitional time. And as with any transitional time, it can be hard to feel at home with ourselves, let alone feel held by our village.
Returning Home, Reviving Village is an 8-session invitation home. It’s also a call-to-action, to revive and expand your village. With the co-facilitation of Dr. Leyton-Armakan, and some of her trusted colleagues, women+’s circle participants will practice coming home to the body’s wisdom and connecting with our communal resilience. Opening our “virtual doors” to guest co-facilitators, including healers, experts, coaches, and leaders, we’ll support personal goals through an interdependent and liberatory lens.
With expertise in psychological trauma healing, grief & loss, somatic practices, self-love & family systems, Dr. Leyton-Armakan offers an affirming and dynamic short-term group, open to all adult (18+) women+ committed to the healing and liberation of all people.
